The subscription moves to the plan’s regular price, for example €69 excl. VAT per month or €704 excl. VAT per year for Pro. We email you 30 days before. You can change plan or cancel in one click.
Yes, at any time, in one click, from the Plan tab in the app. There is no minimum term. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, the plan is refunded in full, automatically, once per organisation. After that, the current period is not refunded pro rata.
Yes. Flow opens the shop in a real browser, like a customer, from the cart to the payment page. Lumi recognises WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Magento, WordPress, Joomla and Drupal and prepares a Flow in under two minutes. It never pays and never submits a form. You can also record a journey yourself, with no code.
Pro includes 50 Ping checks and Flows with no limit on their number. What counts is the 800 Flow runs per month. For example, a payment Flow every 12 hours on 13 shops uses 780 runs over a 30-day month. For more shops, Business includes 2,400 runs per month, and run packs can be added when needed.
A few minutes per shop. Lumi prepares a Flow in under two minutes on the platforms it recognises, and each suggested Flow is replayed before you see it. To keep a week in hand, set up your Flows before 20 November.
A 30-minute video call with the Pathly team to build your shops’ Flows with you: cart, payment, login. The booking link comes in your subscription’s welcome email, and on the Plan screen in the app.
Yes. From the Plan tab in the app, take Freelance, Pro or Business, or move up a plan, before Monday 30 November at 23:59 (Paris time). The discounted price applies for 12 months, then the regular price. Add-ons and run packs stay at the regular price.
You set it. Flow: every 12 hours on Freelance, up to every 5 minutes on Pro and Business, within the monthly run allowance. Ping: every 3 minutes on Freelance, up to once a minute on Pro and Business.
In the European Union. The app, the API, the runs and the screenshots are hosted on Google Cloud in Belgium (europe-west1). The list of subprocessors is in the DPA.
Elerine, the company based in Spain that runs Pathly. You pay online with Mollie. Prices exclude VAT, and VAT depends on your country and status.
On Business, the monthly report you send carries your logo and colours. On Solo, Freelance and Pro, it carries the Pathly brand.
A module update the week before that breaks the “Add to cart” button.
